Multi Family

WEI has entered into the multi-family construction arena with great success. With over one thousand units completed in the last three years, we are capable of completing multi family or apartment complexes of any size.

Pre-Fabrication

Over the last five years, WEI has developed a state of the art prefabrication facility with a crew to match. Giving us the ability to assemble a large amount of our projects within a controlled environment. ABOUT

Wayne’s Electric was founded in 1974 by Wayne & Patricia Medlin.

In those early days, Wayne’s focus was primarily on residential service and light commercial work. The company continued to grow steadily and overcame the economic challenges of the time. In the early 1980’s, WEI moved into the oil and gas industry arena working on several of the local refineries for (at the time) Amoco Oil. This work helped to sustain the company while many other small contractors were experiencing slow downs, or closing their doors.

In the middle/late 80’s, WEI became the electrical contractor of choice for King Soopers Corporation. Store maintenance and remodels became a big part of our work picture and opened the door for further growth. Wayne’s Electric was soon known as the premier contractor for grocery and retail store electrical construction and retrofit.

Over the next 47 years, Wayne’s Electric crews have been involved in many different type of electrical construction. From the smallest residential service calls to the largest of the retail big-box stores, Wayne’s Electric is there to meet the needs of your projects.
